The buyer and seller agrees that the above described puppy is in good sound body, and good health, free from communicable diseasees as far as appears to the eye. This does not include the basic roundworms, hookworms, or possible coccidiosis which sometimes a puppy may develope due to changing of its environment. Hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) is a serious health problem but is excluded from this warranty as this is generally caused by too much activity and/or too little food and is within control.
No warranty or guarantee is made as to the physical condition, disposition, or characteristics of the within described animal. No guarantee on size or color. Buyer has forty-eight (48) hours after the reciept of animal to have it examined by a veternarian of his/her choice. If it is found to have a LIFE THREATENING genetic or hereditary problem, replacement puppy will be given upon the return of the within described animal, buyer responsible for all cost thereof. If the puppy dies within a 48 hour period, a statement from the vet explaining the reason for the death is required and must be furnished to the seller. Replacement of a puppy will be at the seller's discretion after the veterinary statement has been recieved, and reviewed by seller's veterinarian. For any reason if replacement puppy is given, buyer is responsible for cost of shipment of new puppy.
NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE MADE... Seller is NOT responsible for buyer's veterinary bills!
If registration papers are not delivered at the time of purchase, your papers will be mailed to you as soon as possible, which can take aproximately three (3) to six (6) weeks.
